Product Policy

Return policy - We have a 30 day return policy, beginning from the date of receipt, to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase to request a refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you feel you have received a damaged item or your item was damaged during shipping please contact us. Bringdom® wants you 100% satisfied with your shopping experience.

To start a return, you can contact us at bringdomcreations@gmail.com. If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues - Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item in error. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items - Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include custom order products and personalized items. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns regarding any item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom orders , sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges - The fastest way to make an exchange is to return the unwanted item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping Policy - We use USPS ground shipping as our default unless otherwise requested and charge a flat rate shipping and handling fee per item that is calculated by weight.

Refunds - We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and determined your refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued via your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-5 days for banks and credit card companies to post refunds.
